Shouldn't it?

I keep asking people, "If I ran some company errand in a company van, and
then ran it into a telephone pole, how long do you think it would be before
I was allowed to drive a company van again?", and "Why are those who cannot
suppress the double-click reflex allowed immediate access to email, without
at least being sent to remedial training?".

How about if the culprit were announced, along with the subsequent
notification, usually by email, about what happened? Or give them Pine.

I read Brice as referring to the virus author. I am amazed at how many virii
can be handled by keeping one's OS and AV scanner and so on up to date. Not
doing so is rather like aiming for the telephone poles.
