My wife and I (and James) agree that this is an option - we would
require one of the large staterooms, preferably on the upper deck and
not too close to the kitchens, but reasonably close to the other First
Class amenities.

We are aware of a BA Concorde link from London to New York, and then a
link to the Caribbean, and British Airways will fly us First Class from
Cape Town to London at very reasonable rates.
