Use Adager (Fix Chains option) to remedy this problem.

However, the problem is much bigger than that. I suspect your
problem may have been caused by someone restoring the database
from a partial backup which would result in these broken chains.

If you want to restore a TurboIMAGE database you must always restore
the entire database from the most recent full system backup and then from
each partial backup set(s) that were done since your full system backup.....

Example: 

file t;dev=tape
restore *t;[log in to unmask];show
