I fear that I do not understand the question.  To the best of my
knowledge, the MPE/iX CLI is letter-case insensitive save only for
those parts that are posix/hfs aware.  Again, to the best of my
knowledge, the PARM parameter of the MPE/iX RUN command takes only
numeric values between ~ -62k and + 62k. In any case, how does one
represent a lowercase '9' or '7'?
