Topaz 3-phase isolation transformer feeds the room, BEST UPS/conditioner
feeds our datacomm racks.

Doesn't behave like a powerfail, they 'spontaneously upload' or at least
they attempt to.  They will then sometimes re-download themselves,
eventually, or else I have to power-cycle or do a LAN reset from the
DTC Manager.

HPRC looked at the upload files, he commented they didn't look like
uploads since they were too small (ones from the DTC48-3000, originals
with no memory upgrades, are ~720Kb, the updated DTC48 with a TAC card
is 2.7Mb.  I've gotten another upload since then and it has the same
characteristics.  I've tried to callback but no luck thus far.  I've
had 16 DTC hangs since midnight (yes, they even happen when nobody is
here!) and this is getting old...
