5.5 MPE/iX problem. 


Ran SYSDIAG, and tried to get into TERMDSM:
DUI >termdsm
*** WARNING:  YOU NEED TO HAVE A self-maintainer/channel LICENSE TO
              RUN THIS PROGRAM.
 TSMEDH6 

 using NMMAINT,26 shows version of termdsn 

  
Problem  caused by DTSEDQ3 being installed without TSMEDH6.
