I'm using Turbostore 7x24 but I think this behavior is true of the whole
store product line...

Scenario:  Run a full backup.  Turbostore was "enhanced" to update the
DBSTORE timestamp in the root file, so root file gets updated.

Subsequent days:  Run an incremental with DATE>=fullback-date.  If you
don't specify PARTDB, every TurboImage database gets backed up anyway
since the root file modification date was changed by the above fullback.

Bug or feature?  Regardless if you sync at START or END, the root file
modification date still gets tweaked on that date.
