Does anyone know what company supports the "Resource PC Gateway" &
"XSPOOL/3000" software products originally from Fransen/King, Ltd. of Fircrest,
WA?

     Problem: We upgraded some of our Novell servers to Version 4.11 from
Version 3.11. For these servers that were upgraded, we lost the banner which
contains HP Job information:

     Normally the banner would give us:

     User Name:     #O3216(20)           Queue:    FSNHQA3S/PQHQA3HRDC2
     File Name:     EDTLIST        Server:    PSNHQA3HRDC2
     Directory:
     Description:   EDTLIST T1831DP,DAVEPIE.MIS #O3216 S1816 03/16/99
               March 16,1999  6:29AM

     Now we get only the following:

     User:     resource.sds.hr.hq.corp.
     Host:     fsnhqa3r
     Class:    FSNHQA3R
     Job: EDTLIST

     With many users sharing our Hewlett Packard Networked printers, we just
lost the "who owns" the report information. I looked at the same output routed
to 2 different Novell print q's with pconsole and everything looks identical?

     There must be something in Novell 4.11 that needs to be turned on like a
"Banner Flag"?
