1) The left is sure trying to make it that way. Look at the officer in
the military who was being asked to resign for making religious remarks.
2) It would be a problem because it would be "discrimination"( I love it! A
liberal "pet" issue that can be thrown back in their face!)

1) This is obviously not true, given the public statements of the
current administration.
2) If it *was* true, why would it be a problem?
