Rick,

There are several 3k customers who are using the EMC Symmetrix drives with
success.  Of these, I believe there are at least 5 to 10 who use the hardware
mirroring for the system volume set.  Another alternative is to use the disk
arrays for your system volume set.  There are pros and cons to both
alternatives, but I believe that those who can afford the EMC drives and have
other valid reasons for using the EMC drives (e.g., foot print issues) will
generally be more satisfied with the EMC solution versus the HP disk array
solution.
