Gee - I'm flattered to see that a question I raised at HPWorld has generated some much traffic.

The point that I want to stress (and I can't remember who made it) is that the PJL support, especially page level recovery, used to work but does not any more! Functionality has been lost! 

How would you feel if the CHANGE CAPACITY function of Adager stopped working in the next release (excuse me Alfredo, Rene, Fred, Patrick and Ken for using this example, but it's the best I could come up with on short notice)? We would all be screaming! That's what happened here! And we got something of a mumbo-jumbo answer.

When I raised this question at the roundtable and after a few minutes of discussion, someone on the dais asked for a show of hands of those who had this problem. I bet close to half the hands went up.

But the CSY relationship with laser printing is virtually non-existant as best I can tell, so this circumstance does not surprise me.
