MPUT with FTP to HP3000

i have a bunch of files on my PC that i want to FTP to an HP3000.
they need the 'option' added to the end so that the file will be built correctly on the HP:  ;rec=-80,1,f,ascii;code=1052

does anyone know the syntax to use this option with the MPUT?
i have tried numerous variations and can't get it to work.

or is there a good FTP utility that will do it?
i can do it with just a PUT using the FTP that comes with Windows.
also have tried WhisperTech's FTP and Reflections FTP, but can't find anywhere to specify the 'build option' for the hp3000 side.
