Is there any reason NOT to turn this flag on? Overhead, performance disk space,
etc.? I infer that an I or J file is created only if there is a major error.
Having just had the horse stolen, (an error with the data bases disabled for
dumping), I think that we ought to bar the stable door. Advise please.
