Yes - the versions changed, and no, I didn't find anything about it in the docs.
It IS possible to run version 55 of the ODBC stuff with the PP4 verisons of
Allbase. If you have any cross-platform connections be aware that this has
to ba an all or nothing proposition. I have one client with >60 machines
where we are literally going to turn on the whole network to version 56
overnight (that's just the servers, there are hundreds f not thousands of
clients that must also manage this trick!)
I think that this was a not-so-well executed change, but fortunately the
back-grading of versions gets you out of it if you need to.
