Howdy,

Case of deja fail for me.  Went 'round and 'round with this
one a couple of years ago.  Replaced drives, replaced tapes,
cleaned drive prior to each use, ad nauseum.  Never did get
the problem resolved.  I have on several occasions restored
the file/files giving the problem with no problem and no
corruption.  Go figure.
