And just to reinforce.  If people had counted properly and had included the
year 0 in their calculation, we would not have the mess we have now, trying
to tell everyone the 3rd millenium starts on January 1, 2001.  But do people
listen?   No, they will have huge fin-de-millenaire parties on December 31,
1999, one year early.
