Something I'd like to share with my fellow listers....

I've put a call in to HP for service on a 4Si printer on Wednesday, Feb.
23.  I purportedly have 1 day response time.

As of 11:15CST, I'm still patiently waiting for HP to bless me with a
callback, perhaps sharing the time of day they'll visit me.

To date, yelling and screaming at my AE hasn't been much help either!
