Richard,

This error number is the result that the Omnidex intrinsics at the TPI level
could not open the HEALTH0A file for the required access. At the point
in time that you wanted to open the database a store was being done
and the file was marked for the store disallowing any updates to the file.
The '0A' file is the Omnidex 'root file' and has a file system code of -410,
the remaining Omnidex files have a system file code of -411. Another
possible reason for receiving this error code is that the database has TPI
enabled but the '0A' file is missing.

An explanation of all of the Omnidex errors can be provided from a paper
known as a "Support Note" written DISC personnel. The Support Note
that lists all of the error messages, including the 3nnn errors, is known
as "OMNIDEX ERROR MESSAGES", dated November 21, 1994 and
authored by Craig Stephens and Lois Richards. Give them a call to
obtain a copy.
