Samba and DNS woes

It has been a very long day. I forgot to mention the system in question is a
959/400 on MPE/iX 5.5 PP7. I also strongly suspect it is an NMMGR config
issue because I have two other systems I set up earlier in the week with
reslvcnf.net.sys files and the NMMGR change that continue to run samba just
fine - BUT the network has never been restarted since I made the change.
