Hi Tracy P.,

This is a long-shot, but it could be a legitimate IMAGE error. I've seen the
same thing doing a LISTF @,DB in MPEX with a database that was missing its
root file. Every file listed says FILE NOT FOUND, even though they are all
there and the thing that's missing is the root file.

If that file is supposed to be part of a database it could be that the STORE
(maybe because of the PARTIALDB option?) is trying to open the root file
which, for whatever reason, is missing. In our case someone had used MPEX to
delete the root file when they meant to delete the database. Since your
missing file is in a TEST group you may have a similar situation.
