nope, nothing turns on echo in here. The first line "Q" is the one that
announces the name of the file. I guess the command is an abbreviation for
Cue!; the command really is just Q. The manual says "Use the Q command to
print prompts from usefiles. This works especially well when you USE a file
quietly." (see quiet)
