There isn't one listed on the Interex CSL.  There is, however, a classic
program called APL with the following abstract:

Abstract:
Utility for you who wants to get rid of the END OF PROGRAM message after a
program termination. This utility takes advantage of the fact that when a
program name APL.PUB.SYS terminates, MPE does not output END OF PROGRAM. If the
APL language subsystem is installed, this utility cannot be used. See the file
APL.DOC.CSL3000 for info on this and APLUTIL as well.
