The only way I know to make a 2MB floppy is to use a compression utility.
For Example: Under WIN 98 you can format a blank floppy to 1.44 MB and
then use Drive Space to compress it to 2.56 MB. The floppy can then be
read and written to as a normal floppy under Window 98.
If this is the case, then you can copy it under WIN 98 or use another OS
tool that does a track by track copy, not file by file.
