This looks like a very old version of MIRVUTIL, 5.5++ systems should
have A.01.00 versions.

A guess : you deleted Mirrored Disk from your contract many years ago
for that system ??

If you no longer use/own the Mirrored Disk subsystem on this machine
then renaming/purgeing MIRVUTIL is the prudent thing to do.
