Would anyone know of a Unix (Linux) terminal program for connecting to
MPEix over TCP/IP?

I found a little program called freevt3k, but the author is not listed
anywhere, instructions are lacking and I get a stern warning
recommending not to us 'gets' when compiling. It might work fine as a
plain terminal, but the console version results in nasty errors from
the other end when trying to go into block mode and 'xhpterm' goes
into block mode fine with function keys displayed at the bottom, but
core dumps on tab to the next field (xhpterm seemed to work in
Slackware, but crashes in RedHat 5.0).
