Many (many) years ago I was managing a group of
pdp-11 Basic programmers and we would do code reviews to
check for shop standards, etc. This was a very small
s/w company developing a time-shared business system.

I was surprised to see this 'for' loop:

FOR IWISHIWORKEDATIBM = ...

The particular programmer, a very sharp (genius in fact) fellow,
had passed up a chance for an IBM internship to come work with us...
