The SETI@home people have posted some interesting info.
There is a link for "What have we covered?"
http://setiathome.ssl.berkeley.edu/covered.html
which notes (among other things)
So far, nearly all the sky visible from the Arecibo
telescope has been scanned at least once.
The above page also has links to graphs showing, for example,
what parts of the sky have been scanned, how often, and whether
or not bad data was recorded.
A separate page
http://setiathome.ssl.berkeley.edu/found.html
notes that, not surprisingly (as we've not seen anything
plastered all over the news), no signs of extraterrestrial
intelligence have yet been found. It also tells more about
what significant variance in signals has been received.
Separately, a Mac-based SETI@home follower
http://www.flex.com/~daniel/SETI/
notes that a new version of the SETI@home client is in
beta test. The beta client contains more "science" code,
specifically looking for "pulses" and "triplets."
(See the above page for more details, if desired.)
FWIW.
