My first guess would be sun spots, but we could verify this cause or
another problem if a memory dump was taken.

No problems with any of the "Security Scanner" software hanging HPe3K
systems has been reported to HP RC.

After I sent this message out I thought it might of been a bit of a glib
response.  I do want to emphasize that it is important to HP to identify
and fix the "network security" problems identified by this security
scanner software, but with out a memory dump of the hang in this case
we do not have data to investigate.
