And you wish to FORCE Mike and others to do so according to your wishes?  How
about if Mike gets to FORCE you to do as he wishes with your dollars?

Last I checked, most taxes were not voluntary and there is no checkoff system
to indicate how/where you want your tax dollars spent.  The result is what we
continue to have the dysfunctional system that we have now.  Everyone gets a
minimal say (1 vote) in how we spend everybody else's money via elected
politicians who get votes by spending other people's money.
