Having lived in (middle East).  Las Vegas is just too far to go on a weekend.  They all head over to Egypt or Sri Lanka.  The bars are full of them.  Although they love Las Vegas.  There is a expression "Allah cannot see what you are doing when you leave the Holy Land".

Consequently you have big problems with AIDS, alcohol and drug addiction in countries where all this stuff is illegal.  AIDS of which is whole heartedly denied by the government.  

There is a strong perception amongst Muslims that Westerners are by nature corrupt.  Truly some of us are not shining examples of our culture.

I understand the Navajo word Danahy(Spelling) translates to Gods people.

I worked with a Scottish fellow, Who quoted a Scottish expression often in another language,  which translated to English to:

"Who's as good as us".
