Not yet, though it would certainly solve a number of security-related issues
such as this.

Today your only option would be to establish your side of the IPSec tunnel
within some non-e3000 VPN box on your intranet, and that VPN box would then
route the tunnel packets to/from the e3000.

There are non-VPN workarounds too.  The vendor could perhaps encrypt the files
before doing a regular ftp.  Or the files could be made available for you to
pull via an SSL-enabled web server.
