Groan......  I think you mean a Local Yokel.  How can you think
this way and not get a headache?

To answer (pop a couple asprin) no I am not.  Or rather, I am only
local to the immediate area I am in, to those any significant distance
from me, I am a Wide Area Yokel.  Those in other countries think of me
as a Foreign Yokel, but then I think of them likewise.

I think this deserves an OT: but I don't know.
