MPE is not UNIX, thus when you type in a file name in the format
"filename.zip", MPE believes that you're asking for the file "filename" in
the group "zip," thus the response you're seeing is "nonexistent group"
because you have no zip group in your logon account.
Leave the "zip" part off and you should be all right (although you can add it
back on in the ftp get transfer operation itself, in this manner):
AIX prompt: get filename filename.zip
