The URL is http://www.rebol.com

REBOL is the name of the product and the company.

Just like Perl and Python, Rebol is a scripting language.  The difference
here is that Rebol allows for network access through the scripts that you
create.  There are manuals on-line to check out.  They have many versions,
per platform.
