We have 6 HP DDS drives (3-hp3000s, 1-hp9000, 2-Netware Netservers)
and do daily backups on all with 90 meter HP tape. On the hp3000s,
we do a vstore after every store.

We have had a media failure about every 3 or 4 months on the 3000s.
More often, we get a tape "hang" where store doesn't find the tape
mounted when it is ready to go in the middle of the night (the tapes
are inserted in the afternoon before our operators leave).
Otherwise, we have had no problems.
