I can't seem to use the chmod in Posix.
I tried chmod 755 TEMP. Got the error chmod: file "TEMP": Invalid argument
I tried chmod 755 /TEMP. Same error.
I tried chmod a+rwx TEMP. Same error.
I tried chmod 755 temp. Got error chmod: file "temp": file not found.
I had previously change the owner of the /TEMP/PUB to MGR.TEMP.
Any ideas why the chmod isn't working. I tried both as Mgr.Sys and as
MGR.TEMP. Neither worked.
Thank you, Andreas, for your help.
Eva

Eva,
change /TEMP/ to mode 755 !
Currently NOBODY is allowed to write if Posix shows dr-xr-xr-x. The
other thing: who is owner of /TEMP/PUB/ ? This can be changed to MGR.TEMP
using chown.
If the problem will continue don't hesitate to come back.
Best regards, Andreas Schmidt, CSC, Germany
