Whether or not Jeff publishes/distributes this educational gem elsewhere
(i.e., on the standard press), he still gets the promised Adager MemoCubes
for his OTHER worthy contributions toward the HP3000 (I did not want to
send them while he was still in New Orleans, to save a few pounds during
his move back to UTC).

Just to be sure that I have your latest address, could you please send it
to me (privately), Jeff?  I'll then pass it along to the Adager MemoCube
shipping department.
