Note: if you use FCOPY, be sure to setup the file equate right
(e.g.,  ...; rec=8192,1,u,binary)

Also, some tapes won't be copyable: those with records larger than FCOPY,
or the file system will let you have.  (For example, some NM STORE tapes
have records of 32768 bytes.)
