With practise, you can synchronise your eye blinking to the screen
blinking, that way if you get it right the blinking is canceled out. Of
course if you get it wrong you don't see anything, but either way, no
blinking.

I would suggest :

1- Using reflection ,transfer an empty quiz subfile with option "labels".
2- Append your excel file to this file(don't destroy the labels).
3- Transfer to HP with option "labels" and you have your subfile.
