me.. We've had them show up on device files, MPE files, and Image
'GB' files. They are sometimes removable but we have also had to add
another pair to make the files available. [...]40_12Feb199708:11:[log in to unmask]

Since your users stay in a Menu, you may need to grant READ access in
additional to Lock and Execute. Some 3rd party software may be trying to
read the UDC file. Just how/when does the security problem manifest to
your users?
