This gets back to the capability to change the logon prompt dynamically
(like the welcome message).
One of the security flaws in MPE is that you can't issue a security warning
prior to a sign on. This feature would also be useful for sending system
unavailability messages when an offline backup or a software update is in
progress. I have a utility called LPRESET on our web site that allows
limited 255 characters of message and prompt but I wish that MPE would have
a LOGONPROMPT command built in.
