Never! Jazz and Apache are not getting along well all the time.
If you have problems accessing Jazz try again using port 81, eg.
jazz.external.hp.com:81
We may need to apply some 6.0 networking patches. Meanwhile,
we have instrumented the version of Apache 1.3.4 running on
Jazz and hope to get more info soon.
