KLA/Express and KLA/Command  software for free.  The only catch is you must
buy the maintenance agreement ($500).  Below is a price breakdown for the
software.


Upgrade first copy.....FREE!
Upgrade additional copies....$250 each
Annual maintenance.....$500/site

Software and documentation is sent as an email attachment with a simple 2
step installation procedure.
