In late December, there was a thread about a user with SM capability being
capable of using DBUTIL for any data base.

Here is a quote: 'If you're logged on with "SM" caps you can see any db.'

Since I was burned yesterday because I relied on a not-so-careful reading of the
statement, I just want to point out that the operative word here is "see." SM
capability still does not permit PURGE (or maybe it does, but it does not permit
a fully qualified data base name to be entered).
