It is in the MIsc section.

You can do other cool things instead of Standard prompts, you can 
tell it to be PROD: on your production machine and DEV: on your
development machine!

sy logonprompt=DEV:

I like to have the CI prompt vary with the Account and Group the 
user is logged into.  Someone on this list told me a long time 
ago to try:

sy ciprompt=/!HPACCOUNT/!HPGROUP:>

Except for the colon, it behaves similarly to the posix shell prompt variable.
