Donna,

I too have had this problem, just to get to TERMDSM.
We had to have the password.
The one at the IT Resource Center never worked.
I put in a problem report.
It got passed back and forth between the ITRC and contracts.
Finally, somebody gave me a password that worked.

I gave up trying to resolve this problem, but I never thought to share the password with everybody!

Cool!

Thanks, Donna!

<grrrrr> i've run into this problem too (400+ times, thank you
very much (not)!). i'm *really* tired of being told to go to the
itrc to get diagnostic passwords only to have the password be
incorrect! either the interface between the support contract
data and the itrc needs to be fixed (well duh!) or the rc folks
need to be empowered to hand out *good* passwords. ...well that
or *we* can tell the entire list what the current passwords are
:-)
