All "I" had "suggested" is that he give it a different name.

Now that I noticed Brian is in the same state (Calif.) as
VESoft, (per his address) I think that would create an even
greater risk should he try to sell it under that name.
(Vladimir's son *IS* a lawyer AND law professor after all!)

For goodness sake!  Change the name!  Whether or not
anyone likes here likes the product.
