Reflection looses its connection to the server

Just got rid of all our 10Mbps Hubs and put in 5 Cisco Catayst Switches.
. We use TCP/IP and NetBEUI. The switches are set at 100Mbps Full
Duplex.  Ever since the switches went in we first had problems with the
HP green terminals with either half screen visible or strange
charachters scrolling across the screen. We sorted this out by
re-booting the HP3000s and turning the terminals On/Off. We now have
problems with Reflections with users loosing their connections to the
HPs. This is random, happens couple of times a day and only with certain
users.
 
Any idea what could be causing the problems?
