Maybe I've missed some other responders to the original post, but the handful of responses (three?) I've seen so far makes me want to repeat two of Nick's questions (assuming Michael's affirmative response to #2 is unlikely to be an aberration) in hopes we might obtain some additional data points:

> Does anybody have anything to report on the 918DX yet?
>
> 1. Ease of ordering.
> 3. Does anybody actually have one yet?

I'd also be interested to hear how the cost and, if applicable, leasing arrangements turned out.

Or is it perhaps the case that the dozens (hundreds?) of proud owners of what would seem to be an incredible hardware/software combination are either:

a) having such a great time cranking out fantastic new products for our system of choice that they haven't had an opportunity to come up for air and share their experiences; or,
b) finding the package such an invaluable competitive advantage that they're hoping us late adopters will view the silence as an indication that the program was an early April Fool's Day joke and forget the whole thing?

I'm looking forward to a BOF on this topic next week...
