Dear All,
After spending the last 18 years working with the 3000 in it's many forms
I've now accepted a position which means working on another platform (linux)
full-time. I'll still be signed-up to 3000-L to see what you guys are up to.
I must admit that I'm a bit sad to be leaving the 3000 world but the work
situation in Europe has been difficult of late. The availability of jobs
working with the 3000 has declined rapidly over the past 5 years over here
and a lot of shops that used to provide regular work have switched to other
platforms now.
I've enjoyed working with the 3000 and hope to do so again in the future and
I still think its the best machine in the world, second to none.
Anyway... nuff said.
Mark Wilkinson.
